Dear Homeowners and Neighbors,
I have two very important matters to discuss in this letter. They
are as follows:
1. The Board would like to remind
all homeowners that
NO Exterior
changes to our townhomes can be made
without submitting the proper paperwork to the Architectural Control
Committee (ACC) and having it approved. This is inclusive of
changing outside doors and garage doors. Thank you for your attention to
this procedure.
2. The Board has approved the removal of the grass in The Glen. The only grass that will remain at this time will be at the entry on the south side of the walkway near the lake. The grass will be replaced with drought tolerant plants and a drip irrigation system. This is being done with water conservation being a priority.
The project is scheduled to begin April 1st with an approximate completion date of June 1st.
