It is with great pleasure I share the following good news with you!
1. Our monthly homeowners
assessment for 2013-2014 will remain at $310.00!!!
2. The complete operating budget and reserve report/budget can be viewed on our website for the 2013/2014 fiscal year.
3. The report received from Association Reserves indicated that our reserve position had increased from 91.3% funded to 95.8%. This is a very strong position as 70% is considered adequate.
4. We will be doing some very significant landscaping this coming year with $35,000 earmarked for special landscaping and irrigation projects.
