Dear Glen of PG Homeowners and Residents:

Nice days are here and we are all out and about enjoying the weather.  Unfortunately, the dog loving owners among us may not be properly removing their dogs' waste from the grounds.  This discourtesy to all of us affects our enjoyment of our community. 

Sadly, our neighbor, the Glen Heights community, is facing similar battles.  They have asked numerous times that our Glen residents ensure that they pick up their own dog waste while visiting their community.

The Glen of PG Board of Directors is concerned that our residents may be leaving their pet waste on their grounds.

Therefore, the board is considering different measures to correct this behavior or find a way to preserve the rights of enjoyment that we all have. 

First, we ask that for a short time, our residents CEASE AND REFRAIN from walking their dogs at Glen Heights.  We are requesting the same reciprocal courtesy.

Second, we ask that our residents ENSURE PICKING UP THEIR PET WASTE. 

Third, we ask that people OBSERVE AND REPORT violating dog owners and residence, to violation@theglenofpg.com.

The next solution the board will have to consider, should resident cooperation be lacking, is a per dog fee to cover the cost to hire a company that will walk our grounds and fulfill the neglected duty of our dog owners.
