Hopefully all of you are aware that The Glen has a comprehensive website located at www.theglenofpg.com and ably maintained by our webmaster, Ken Morley. From the website you can contact all board members or Etna Monsalve, our Managing Agent. Requests for gardening should be submitted to our Board e-mail address.

The website has complete financial records for The Glen including our annual budget. Recently our latest Reserve Study was posted in the Financial folder. Please review it. The study recommends that the Reserve component of our dues, currently $106.09 per month, be increased by 1% for the next 4 years and then by 3% each year until 2043.

Finally, Glen Lake Drive will be totally resurfaced sometime this year. We will let you know when we have a better idea as to when the road work will occur. We anticipate a 2 to 3 day project.

No traffic will be allowed on Glen Lake Drive during that time.
