Dear Friends & Neighbors, This is a follow-up letter to the one you received via regular mail Dec. 1st from Access Association Services. Since some of you are away for the holidays, I am sending this via e-mail in hopes it finds you in your travels.

Your January payment should be sent to Access. They will be our new Property Management Company as of January 1, 2014.

If you have any questions, please contact Access directly. Their contact information is listed in the attached letter.
