November 21, 2013 Dear Homeowners of The Glen of Pacific Grove,

Our Management contract with Thelander Property Management is terminating Dec. 31, 2013. The Board interviewed several Property Management Companies over the last few weeks. We have contracted to work with Access Association Services. They will by our Property Management Company commencing January 1, 2014.

Thelander will continue to be our Management Company until Dec. 31st. There will be a transitioning period between the two companies until then. Access will be providing instructional information within the next month to all property owners who are currently using auto bill pay for their monthly assessment payment. Please continue to pay your assessment to Thelander for the month of December.

We are hopeful the transition will be seamless.
