The Board met this morning for a quick review on the progress of the painting project.  Issues discussed were as follows.

1.      Trim paint color -- All agreed that the Navajo White trim paint color was fine and did not require any change.

2.      Type of Trim paint -- All agreed that the use of a ‘Satin’ finish instead of the ‘Semi Gloss’ was fine pending confirmation by the Dunn Edwards rep as to the quality and durability of the product. Jack Rugar will be checking with the Dunn Edwards rep.

3.      Changing the color of the garage doors -- The decision was made to continue as planned and hold off on any decision until the first two buildings are completely finished and at that time, revisit the issue. 

4.      2^nd level trapezoid – All agreed to proceed as planned; the inner area of the trapezoid on the ends of all buildings will be painted Navajo white, the trim will be painted similar to the present configuration, and there will be no ‘highlight’ color to the molding. But Candy says there will be highlight color about the trapezoid on the ends of all buildings.

5.      On inspecting Unit 13, the group agreed that the side wall boarding of the patio has had the incorrect color of paint applied. Jake Rugar will bring the matter up to Rubin.
