3.0              AGENDA REVIEW/RESIDENT REQUESTS:

a.       Only agenda item is election of officers. Motion by Director Rugar that Pollock be elected President, Rutherford be elected Vice-President, Ray be elected Treasurer, and Grossman be elected Secretary. Grossman seconds the motion. The motion is carried unanimously.

Grossman provides update on the dispute re unit #38. Pollock provides update on parking situation with #94.

 

4.0       FUTURE BOARD MEETINGS AND ADJOURNMENT:

4.01     next board meeting: The 3^rd Tuesday of the month, November 18, 2003 at 4:45 p.m. at Shoreline Offices. President Pollock will attempt to secure the downstairs room for us.
