WELCOME COMMITTEE

We have two new tenants that moved into our complex in April. They are as follows:

Unit # 100 - Michael Bona - He was given a Welcome Packet and a house plant on 4/30/02. I have not met Michael personally.

Unit #48 - Carol Wylie & Bob Gartin - I did meet with both of them personally and presented them with their Welcome Packet and a house plant on 4/30/02. 

Both tenants were appreciative of the gesture.
